Annual Meeting of Members and Directors of American and Russian business Council “Russia and USA: access to markets, partnership and growth” took place in Moscow on October 3 and 4. Chairman of Board of Directors of Bank Center-invest professor V.V. Vysokov, Doctor in Economics, took part in the meeting.

Program of Annual Council Meeting included speeches of the officials of American and Russian companies, simultaneous thematic working meetings and also discussion of Russian banking system development.

The following persons also took part in the forum: Eugene Primakov, ex-prime-minister of Russia, Chairman of Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Russia; William Burns, US ambassador in Russia, Paul S. Otellini, President and General Director of “Intel Corporation”, Mark McKinnon, chief councilor for US President for mass-media and others.
