In the USA (Illinois) a large agricultural exhibition “Farm Progress Show 2005” took place. New technologies in the sphere of plant growing and modern agricultural machinery were demonstrated. The head of the department of lending to agribusiness of Bank Center-invest Alexander Bets and Bank customers – the heads of agricultural enterprises of Rostov region – took part in the exhibition.

Main purpose of the visit of “Farm Progress Show” is raising the level of professional skills of Bank Center-invest specialists and decreasing of the industrial expenses of Bank customers who are specialized in plant growing.Bank Center-invest customers familiarized themselves with modern technologies of farmer’s activity in the North America and visited factories, producing agricultural equipment on the basis of resource-saving technologies.

Contracts for the supply of machinery to the farmers of the South of Russia have been signed with American and Canadian producers. The total sum of the contracts made up over USD 600 thousand, which was financed by Bank Center-invest. At present agribusiness credit portfolio of Bank Center-invest exceeds RUR 2 billion.

Center-invest is the only Rostov bank, which raises the level of its clients’ skills on the regular basis via their participation in international seminars, exhibitions and education programs together with Bank specialists.
