On January 5 Center-invest Bank held a seminar for the employees. The subject of the seminar was “Working Experience of Commerzbank”. During the meeting probation period results of Center-invest Bank managers in the largest German bank were discussed.

Commerzbank is a leading German bank in the sphere of SMEs servicing and it realizes aggressive strategy of its business development that coincides with the one of Center-invest Bank in the South of Russia.

According to the results of discussions of European standards of services for small business “brainstorming” meeting took place resulting in proposal of technologies that are recommended for the development of Center-invest Bank.Center-invest Bank is already realizing in the South of Russia the most part of what is used by leading foreign banks for their activities.

Center-invest Bank offers to its clients the European level of services – individual approach to each customer. A new office of the Bank with a 24-hour mode of work is to be opened in January. Under the support of Center-invest Bank there is an extensive development of international cooperation between SMEs of the South of Russia and European countries

Reliability of Center-invest Bank is proved by its participation in State Deposit Insurance System as well as by participation of foreign shareholders in its capital (EBRD, DEG) and its European partners. Every year Center-invest Bank is audited successfully in accordance with international strandards (the auditor is PricewaterhouseCoopers company).

Cooperation with Commerzbank will be continued. In 2006 specialists of Commerzbank plan to pay a return visit to the Bank to Rostov-on-Don. It is also planned to realize a joint project of Center-invest Bank and Commerzbank regarding organization of syndicated loan for the Russian party.
