On November 29 Center-invest Bank held a seminar devoted to “Loans for construction and development of land plots infrastructure”. Chairmen of gardening farms, representatives of real estate agencies as well as loan brokers took part in this seminar.

Within the framework of the seminar Center-invest Bank presented a lending program with land plots as collateral entitled “Love your land – register your land ownership!”. The program includes new loans for registration of land ownership, for construction, repair, and enhancement of comfort: gasification, water, gas and heat supply as well as for territory development. There is a decrease of interest rates for the owners of garden-plots for all the lending products of Center-invest Bank.
