Center-invest Bank outstrips the competition in a rating of the leading banks in the Southern Federal District and North Caucasus Federal District by loan portfolio. The rating was compiled by the renowned Expert business magazine and portal.

As reported in the rating, at 1 September 2015 Center-invest Bank’s loan portfolio stood at RUB74.7bn. Retail loans accounted for 46%, and business loans for 54%. More than 80% of business lending was to SMEs. The growth in the loan portfolio can be attributed to new loan products, preferential terms on loans, and the advice and support provided to customers by bank staff.

Center-invest Bank promotes and finances SME development, energy efficiency projects, and the introduction of new technologies in agriculture and processing. In the first 9 months of 2015, we lent more than RUB56.5bn to SMEs.

On 15 October Center-invest Bank launched a special seasonal offer for SMEs requiring additional working capital: until 31 December SMEs can apply for a working capital loan at a rate of 12% per annum.

Center-invest Bank has considerable experience of financing start-ups. To date, we have lent a total of RUB510m to 400 new entrepreneurs.

In September 2015 Center-invest Bank again reduced the interest rates for all of its retail loan products. Car loans are now available from 8.5% per annum, mortgages from 11.75% and consumer loans from 15.75%. These rates include a 0.25% discount for online applications.
