Center-invest Bank Starts Lending to Small Business in Nizhny Novgorod

2018年02月02日

Center-invest Bank has expanded the range of services available in its Nizhny Novgorod branches. It now offers loan products for new entrepreneurs and small business, which are unique for the region.

In 2016-2017 Center-invest Bank opened four branches in various districts of Nizhny Novgorod, with the aim of multiplying the unique products and non-financial services offered in this region. Our convenient bank products and record low interest rates for loans quickly proved popular with local residents.

On 1 February 2018 Center-invest Bank’s largest branch in Nizhny Novgorod, which is located in a business centre, began offering products and services for companies and sole traders. Businesses can open a current account, pay into a deposit account, enter into an acquiring services agreement, and take out business development loans. The branch also provides new entrepreneurs with expert advice on business planning, taxation and marketing.

"Nizhny Novgorod has a lot of entrepreneurial potential and a well-developed trade and industry infrastructure," says Chairman of Center-invest Bank’s Executive Board, Sergei Smirnov. "This is why we chose it as our first region outside southern Russia. Our IT technologies allow us to replicate our transformational banking approach in any region. This is the first time we have done so, and it has been a success. We believe that our loan products for small business will become just as popular in Nizhny Novgorod as our retail loans."

In just two years the bank’s loan portfolio in Nizhny Novgorod has grown to over RUB400m. We have issued bank cards to over 4,000 local residents, and we are forging ahead with expanding our ATM and payment terminal network.

At 1 January 2018 Center-invest Bank had 127 branches in six regions of Russia (Rostov region, Volgograd region, Krasnodar krai, Stavropol krai, Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod).
