On February 13, a signing ceremony was held for the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Advanced Information Technologies and Artificial Intelligence between the Ministry of Digital Development, Information Technologies and Communications of the Rostov Region and Center-invest Bank.

The agreement aims to foster a favorable investment climate in the region, develop AI technologies, stimulate research and innovation activities to create high quality, advanced technologies and services that can be utilized in the Rostov Region. The document was signed by Sergey Skripka, executive board of B Center-invest Bank, and Alexey Kopytov, Minister of Digital Development, Information Technologies and Communications of the Rostov Region.

"For Center-invest Bank, artificial intelligence is not merely a technological trend, but a working tool that already helps us make precise decisions. Today we have taken the first, yet very important, step toward building a new management culture based on data and customer centricity, allowing us to draw on global best practices when addressing regional challenges", said Vasily Vysokov, executive board of Directors of Center-invest Bank, Doctor of Economics, Professor, in his welcoming address to the participants.

A separate section of the document is dedicated to IT workforce development. Center-invest Bank will share its experience, educational methods, and platform solutions with government employees, universities, and schools.

As part of the event, experts from Center-invest Bank conducted an educational intensive for the Ministry’s staff titled "Artificial Intelligence: Prompting, Tools, and AI Agents", teaching them how to work with language models and multi agent systems. Upon completion of the training, all participants received course certificates.

Center-invest Bank actively cooperates with government agencies and educational institutions to train qualified specialists and implements teaching methods based on real world business cases and digital technologies.
