On 20 June, artificial intelligence training was held for the Rostov-on-Don Administration employees in the Congress Hall of Center-invest Bank. The executives of district administrations, representatives of the Public Chamber, and heads of municipal departments took part in the event.
During the intensive course, participants acquired practical skills for operating large language models, multi-agent systems and AI assistants as applied to urban management tasks.
Based on specific examples, the participants were shown how the use of AI can reduce the time required to prepare routine documentation, improve the quality of analytical materials and find out-of-the-box solutions to economic tasks. Following the training, the participants highlighted the high practical level of the programme. The average course score was 4.9 out of 5.
During the event, the Mayor of Rostov-on-Don, Alexander Skryabin, awarded Center-invest Bank employees the 195 Years of Alexander Matveevich Baykov Commemorative Badges for their dedicated labour and significant contribution to the city’s socio-economic development, as well as letters of gratitude from the city administration. Before that, Center-invest Bank helped the city implement a management dashboard, a digital tool that enables real-time monitoring of the Don capital’s socioeconomic development.
"Center-invest Bank is one of the undisputed leaders in the development and implementation of AI solutions not only in our city but also in the South of Russia as a whole. I thank the bank’s management and the entire team for their effective AI training initiative, as well as for their comprehensive support of the A. M. Baykov Year," commented Alexander Skryabin.
Center-invest Bank consistently develops artificial intelligence infrastructure and trains qualified personnel for the benefit of the Don Region and the country as a whole. As part of a cooperation agreement with the Rostov Region Ministry of Digital Development, Center-invest Bank conducted intensive training courses for over 700 employees of regional ministries, departments and municipal administrations.
