Center-invest Bank made a presentation at the "Science for Public Administration in Russia" Second International Scientific and Practical Conference of the Presidential Academy in Moscow.
Yury Bogdanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Center-invest Bank and Director for Innovations, participated in the "Financial Sector Development: Innovative Fintech Solutions" session where key trends and prospects for financial digitalization were discussed. In his presentation, Yury Bogdanov focused on the experience of implementing digital ruble settlements at Center-invest Bank, growth of the digital financial asset (DFA) market, and the potential synergies between these instruments to increase the speed and transparency of intraregional settlement chains.
"Active implementation of digital ruble smart contract technologies in the regional budget processes will reduce non-payments and the regional budget deficit on account of increasing the speed and predictability of closed-type settlement chains. While the digital ruble platform is being smoothly integrated into the banking payment system and integrations with key regional and local payment information systems are being designed, Center-invest Bank clients are already gaining practical experience in application of the digital ruble and digital financial assets, and the design of their synergies is underway," Yury Bogdanov pointed out.
The event brought together leading experts to develop solutions in the field of public administration, economics, and technology. The main goal of the Presidential Academy’s "Science for Public Administration in Russia" international scientific conference is to discuss key matters related to the integration of scientific research and advanced technologies into management decision-making, exchange experiences and best practices between scientists, government officials, and business representatives, and formulate proposals for improving the training system for government personnel and developing mechanisms for interaction between science and government.

Center-invest Bank has joined the Bank of Russia’s pilot project for introduction of the digital ruble in 2023. At present Center-invest Bank has put digital ruble settlements for legal entities participating in the pilot project into full-scale operation. A showcase of using the digital ruble in the Don region was held at the Center-invest Bank exhibition booth during Finopolis 2025 innovative financial technologies forum. The bank experts demonstrated how the digital ruble will help optimize the budget process when financing the activities of a football club.
