Center-invest Bank ranked 12th in the prestigious reputation rating of Russian banks, compiled by the Pravdaserm analytical service and the Expert-Centre Analytics agency. The bank entered the "green zone" with a reputation score of 80 out of 100 possible points, which corresponds to a high level of customer loyalty and excellent media presence.
The new study is fundamentally different from traditional surveys or media monitoring. For the first time, reputation is measured not as a subjective opinion, but as a precise metric based on the actual behaviour of search engines. The following two key indicators are used in the rating methodology:
- reputation, as a weighted sum of positive contributions in the top ten search engine results, taking into account the sentiment and the authority of the source;
- brand strength, as a derivative indicator that reflects the synergy of awareness and loyalty.
Entering the "green zone" of the rating confirms that Center-invest Bank has high brand awareness and a strong reputation. "We are pleased that our work in creating an open and positive information environment is receiving high praise. For us, reputation is not an abstract concept, but a measurable competitive asset that directly impacts our sustainable development and the trust of our customers," the Bank’s press service noted.
The high reputation rating received by the Bank is consistent with its financial and ESG ratings. In 2026, the Bank improved its position in Forbes’ reliability rating, rising to 35th place (+7 positions). The Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has confirmed the Bank’s credit rating at A+(RU) with a stable outlook and assigned the highest ESG rating, ESG-2 (AA+) with a stable outlook, among all assessed banks. The non-performing loan ratio in the Bank’s loan portfolio is below 1%, which is one of the best indicators in the market.
