The Ministry of Digital Development, Information Technology, and Communications of the Rostov Region presented letters of gratitude to Center-invest Bank employees for their fruitful participation in joint projects aimed at implementing artificial intelligence technologies in the region’s public administration and local government.

Center-invest Bank consistently develops artificial intelligence infrastructure and trains qualified personnel for the benefit of the Don Region and the country as a whole. In 2026, Center-invest Bank signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of advanced information technologies and artificial intelligence with the Ministry of Digital Development of the Rostov Region. The document outlined a long-term framework for joint efforts to implement AI solutions in government activities.

"Digital transformation and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies are among the top strategic priorities of Center-invest Bank," pointed out Sergey Skripka, the Chairman of the Board. of Center-invest Bank. "The recognition of our work by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Rostov Region confirms that we are moving in the right direction. We will continue to invest our expertise and resources in improving the effectiveness of public administration for the benefit of the region’s residents."

The key outcome of the Bank’s partnership with the Rostov Region government was a large-scale training programme for civil servants: specialists from Center-invest Bank conducted free intensive training sessions on artificial intelligence for 1,000 employees of the Rostov Region’s ministries, departments, city and district administrations in the Don Region, as well as for businesses and entrepreneurs. The curriculum and participant feedback have formed the basis of the regional plan for artificial intelligence implementation.
