The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) has prepared the "Business. Employees. Family" Collection. The experience of Center-invest Bank in the development of family values is considered by the authors of the collection to be among the most successful and recommended for widespread implementation in the business community.

The Collection presents corporate programs and systems of measures of 27 companies from different sectors of the economy in the context of supporting employees with family values on the part of the company, creating favourable conditions for families and their future generations, aimed at achieving national goals, taking into account the priorities of demographic development and the UN SDG 2030.

The Collection has been prepared as part of the joint work of the RSPP Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Committee and the RSPP Department of Corporate Responsibility, Sustainable Development and Social Entrepreneurship.

Center-invest Bank supports the family values of its employees, regularly holds events for their children, organizes trips and competitions, helping in the pursuit of creativity, gaining knowledge and good studies.

The Center-invest Bank team includes members of 42 families with two or more relatives working together. In 2024, 44 children were born to Bank employees, and the birth rate in employee families is 3.5 times higher than the national average.

The presentation of the Collection will take place as part of the 2025 Russian Business Week at the RSPP Social Forum on February 12, 2025.
