According to calculations of the analytical department of Vyberu.ru portal, mortgage plan of Center-invest Bank took the 2nd place in the rating of the best rural housing loan programmes in July 2023.

The experts of Vyberu.ru portal reviewed mortgage products of all banks participating in the state programme and analysed the parameters of mortgage programmes. Besides interest rate, such key criteria as discount to the base rate of the state programme, the amount of monthly payments, the total cost of borrowing, and many other factors were considered when compiling the ranking.

Center-invest Bank Increased the Maximum Loan Amount Under the Rural Housing Loan Programme. Now the customers can get a mortgage in the amount of 6 million rubles for one person. Thus, two borrowers can get a loan up to 12 million rubles for purchase or construction of one real estate item.

The Rural Housing Loan Programme is applicable to purchase or construction of real estate in rural areas and agglomerations at an annual interest rate of 2.75%. The loan can be taken for 20 years term with an initial payment of at least 10%.
