On 25 August 2026, Center-invest Bank hosted a public discussion titled "The High-Wage Economy" which focused on labour productivity growth, robotisation, and the application of AI as key drivers for increasing incomes of the population.

Representatives of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region, the Government of the Rostov Region, and regional enterprises took part in this discussion.

Igor Burakov, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Economic Policy Committee of the Rostov Region, emphasised that sustainable wage growth shall be ensured through improving the efficiency of enterprises and not through shortage of personnel, and thanked Center-invest Bank for its systematic effort in implementing AI in the region.

Center-invest Bank is a partner of the "Labour Productivity" Federal Project and, together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Rostov region, launched a series of intensive training courses on the application of AI technologies for enterprises in the Don Region. The bank provided free training to more than 2,200 entrepreneurs and civil servants in the region.

The bank has prepared a textbook on AI for its employees, clients, students, business and government authorities titled "AI at CI", and developed a free platform for independent online AI training.

Scientific Director of Center-invest Bank, Professor, Doctor of Economics Vasily Vysokov calls the bank’s approach "a conscious investment in knowledgeable government officials and clients" developing the business environment and increasing business competitiveness.

Following the discussion, the meeting participants received a draft resolution and recommendations for scaling the "Labour Productivity" Project.
